Service as a Product
Question: "Can you apply product management to a service?"
From a product management perspective a Service is merely an intangible product that we pay for and use but can never own. This means that we can apply product planning and product marketing activities to any service and "product manage" it just as if it were a tangible product.
You can equally apply the full force and principles of product management to an amusement park experience as you would to a software application.
